In their hands before the service. Or it is free.
When you're planning a memorial service, time is the thing you don't have. A tribute is $150 and arrives in 2–3 days, which clears most services comfortably. Give us the service date and we deliver before it, or the commission is free — full refund, and you keep the song anyway.
The service is when you give it
There is a date, and we will meet it. That part you can stop carrying.
But the song will not be about a funeral. It will be about them — the way they said your name, the thing they did that nobody else did, the sound of them coming down the hall, what the house was like when they were in it. The parts you are afraid of forgetting first.
People come to us for a parent, a friend, a child, a dog who was family. All of it counts. None of it needs explaining first.
So we will ask you about them, and almost nothing about the arrangements. You have enough people asking you about the arrangements.
There are two of these, and they are not the same song
One is about them. Who they were, what they were like in a room, the version everybody there would recognize. It is a celebration, and it is written to be played in front of people — at the service, at the lunch afterwards, at the anniversary next year.
The other one is yours. The thing you did not get to say, said to them. Those are quieter. Plenty of people never play them at the service at all — they play them alone, in the car, months later.
Some people want both, and that is two commissions rather than one song trying to be two things. Tell us which you are after when you write to us. And if you do not know yet, say so — that is the most normal answer we get, and working it out with you is part of the job.
The Guarantee
Provide us with your service date and the story of whoever you are honoring. We begin production immediately and deliver a completed tribute — fully produced, with vocals and arrangement — within 2–3 days. The date you give us is the promise: we deliver before it or the commission is free, full refund and you keep the song. That is not something we sell you. It comes with every commission and it costs nothing.
You only have to do this once. Tell us about them one time and we take it from there — having it to you before the service is ours to worry about, not yours. If you would rather stay with it and say what needs to change after you have heard it, that is here too. Both happen, neither is better, and your listen-back never expires.
If we miss the deadline, you receive a complete refund and the finished song at no cost. No exceptions, no fine print.
Hear one
One Less Every Year
Nobody ordered this one. It is about a table that gets one chair smaller every year — not one death, but learning that it keeps happening and you cannot stop it. It is here because a commissioned memorial song never leaves the family it was made for, so the only one we can ever play you is ours.
What the tribute includes
- A fully produced memorial tribute (3–5 minutes)
- Built from the stories and memories you share with us

Memorial Tribute
$150
Six finished versions every time we build it, all yours to keep. A memorial is never put in the fast lane with one pass, so it starts at the middle tier; $200 buys a second listen-back.
The same as any song, because the writing is the same work. Delivered in 2–3 days.
Give us the service date and we deliver before it, or the commission is free — full refund, and you keep the song anyway. If your service is sooner than standard delivery reaches, rush is +$50 for the next working day, or +$100 to have it by 5pm Eastern tomorrow. If you do not need it, we will tell you so.
Begin your tributeQuestions
How fast is it, and what if the service is very soon?
Standard delivery is 2–3 days, which clears most services comfortably — memorials are usually held five to ten days after a death. Whatever your date, we deliver before it or the commission is free. If your service is closer than 2–3 days reaches, rush is +$50 for the next working day or +$100 to have it in your hands by 5pm Eastern tomorrow; if your date does not need it, the form will say so rather than take the money. The fastest thing we have still lands at 5pm Eastern tomorrow, so a service sooner than that is one we will not take — we will not sell you a song that arrives after it.
What information do you need?
Their name, the service date, and their story — whatever you want to share. Hobbies, phrases they used, songs they loved, the way they made people feel. The more detail, the more personal the tribute.
Can I play it during the service?
Yes. Your license covers any personal use including memorial services, celebration of life events, and private gatherings.
What does the guarantee actually mean?
If we do not deliver a completed tribute before your service date, you receive a full refund of everything you paid and you still receive the finished song. It applies to every memorial whatever the date, and it costs nothing. The same guarantee covers every commission on this site.
Do I have to keep going over it?
No. You only have to do this once — tell us about them one time and we take it from there. If you would rather stay with it and say what needs changing after you have heard it, that is there too, and it never expires. Both happen here and neither one is better. Nobody should be asked to grieve to a schedule.
