Every production tool needs guardrails. These are ours. They're not marketing — they're operational policy. We turn down commissions that cross these lines, and we refund the payment.
Voice Clones of Real People
We don't replicate the voice of any living or deceased person without explicit written consent from the individual or their estate. Period.
Songs That Impersonate Artists
We won't build a track designed to sound like it was performed by a specific named artist. Our bands have their own identities.
Hate Speech or Targeted Harassment
No songs that target, demean, or incite violence against any individual or group.
Misinformation Set to Music
We won't produce propaganda, conspiracy content, or deliberately misleading material in musical form.
Copyright Circumvention
We don't rebuild existing copyrighted songs, replicate specific arrangements to avoid licensing, or create "soundalikes" designed to replace a licensed track.
CSAM or Exploitative Content
Zero tolerance. No exceptions. No discussion.
Content That Violates Platform Policies
If a streaming platform or venue would reject it, we won't build it. We maintain commercial viability for our customers.
