Why this exists

Something you can't
say out loud

I didn't start writing songs to feel better. I started because there was a thing I couldn't say out loud — to my wife, my kids, myself — and a song turned out to be the only place it would come out. I put it down, and it did something I hadn't planned on. It got the thing off my chest and into a shape I could hold and look at.

I'm not going to call it therapy. This isn't a clinic, and a song isn't treatment. I won't tell you it fixes anything. But if there's something sitting on you that you can't find the words for, there might be something in making it into a song — the same way there was for me.

That's the whole reason this exists. Not to sell you a product. To hand you a way to say the thing.

But some weight is heavier than a song. If what you're carrying is the kind of dark where you need a person right now — not a project — reach one of these. They're free, they're private, and someone is there.

Right now — 24/7
